I’m in the process of painting the second allegorical nude, Callisto, in my series honoring all nude artist models! Callisto is named after one of Jupiter’s moons that scientists speculate may have an underground ocean. Callisto allegorically represents the adventurous adolescent.
CAPELLA - 50+ color palettes
I saved all of the oil color palettes that I mixed while painting Capella! She is the first allegorical figure in my series honoring all nude artist models. Capella is named after one of the biggest, brightest golden stars in our night sky. She allegorically represents the innocence of youth.
